    Process Optimization & CRM: Enhancing lead conversion rates, monitoring KPIs, and

    maintaining accurate client interaction records in a CRM system.

    Job Roles:

    End-to-End Lead Manager: Oversees the complete process from lead generation to

    client engagement.

    Client Solutions Architect: Interprets client needs and aligns them specifically with the

    real estate project offerings.

    Team Leader & Coach: Responsible for training and mentoring junior pre-sales

    executives for effective communication.

    Performance & Process Auditor: Monitors all pre-sales KPIs and drives initiatives to

    Administrative & Document Handling: Handling documentation, coordinating with

    legal/finance teams, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions

    Problem-Solving & Detail Orientation: Strong problem-solving ability and attention to

    detail required for handling complex post-sale issues

    Software & Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

    Suite for efficient record keeping and task management

    Task & Pressure Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and

    work effectively under pressure

    Client Satisfaction Manager: Directly responsible for managing post-sale activities and

    ensuring overall client satisfaction

    Documentation & Liaison Specialist: Coordinates all necessary paperwork and acts as a

    link between the client and the legal/finance teams

    Client Relationship Keeper: Maintains and strengthens the relationship with the client

    post-sale, serving as the main point of contact

    Property Information Provider: Provides timely updates to clients regarding property

    developments and other relevant information
